Uploaded two colorized profiles.
One with Bambu studio (on the pictures, printed 2 times with p1p)
One with Anycubic Next slicer (I have not printed, but same settings)
No support required.
Brims turned off.
Instructions:
I set print by object method because different layer heights and ironing.
Main item (bulid plate 1)
0,2 mm layer height
Ironong on top surface (I set 30mm/s and 30% (I think the correct setting depends on the printer and the type of filament)
Inner rod (build plate 2)
0,12 mm layer height
no ironing
An 8x2 mm magnet can be placed in the bottom.
On a flat surface, push the magnet in to make it nice and flat. Minimal superglue can go into the hole.
High-speed printing is not recommended due to fine details.
