Description

1. Den originalen Filament Hub an den Winkel anschrauben.

I originally designed this 90 degree angle for the Anycubic Kobra 3 Max, as its size means it already takes up enough space in all directions. :D

For mounting you need a piece of PTFE hose that is slightly longer than the bracket. The protrusion of the piece of tubing can be based on the original filament stroke.

But to determine the required length a little more precisely and to have it fit exactly, I did it this way:

1. screw the original filament stroke to the bracket.

2. insert a piece of PTFE tube and press it on firmly.

3. cut off the tube with about 2-3mm overhang.

4. now press the bracket onto the print head and screw it tight.

To ensure that the filament slides smoothly, the bracket with the tube should be attached to the print head tightly and with a little pressure (but not too much that the PTFE tube is squeezed).

I also printed with 100% infill and a layer thickness of 0.08 mm for greater stability.
