Bird Perch with Charm and Nameplate

I present you my Parrot Bruno and his new sets of Perchs, with integrated name tag.

The idea behind this design is to be able to add perch to your bird house with a bonus on the side the is outside the cage.

I call those Charms.

So far I have designed a Parrot charm with Name Plate. I plan on adding more Charms, let me know if you have ideas.

Everything prints without Supports. And assembly is easy.

First Print the charm that include the female part for the screw. (if you want to add your bird name on the plate, simply use the Text option in the slicer, let me know if you need help)

Then print the Perch / Pole you want. I made 4 different version, 2 different size of each. Let me know if you want different models / size.

Print Washers in order to fit the depth needed with your cage, I made 3 different washer size.

Be careful when assembling the first time, the plastic might be tight since I made the resistance pretty high. I strongly suggest tightening couple times before doing the final assembly in the cage. Let me know if you want me to make a version with less resistance.
