Who doesn't remember blowguns from their school days? Here is a version you can print, complete with matching projectiles.

PS: Do not aim or shoot at people or animals.
PS2: Place the projectile—skirt-end first—onto the top of the tube and push it in with a screwdriver; this should remove most of the skirt.
CAUTION: It packs quite a punch.
