Kobra S1 New Lightbar with no extra hardware

After installing LED lighting with my riser (flip riser and slim riser), I needed to tackle dim first layer and poop chute area while printing. Now that the printer's stock lightbar is redundant for me, projecting unnecessary reflection to the top panel, I thought it was time to move it closer to the print bed. 

What is different from others? 

Here are benefits while this model do offer better lighting right at the print head, the first and current layers while printing, and the poop chute from outside or built-in camena.  

• There is no additional hardware, LED strips, or electrical wires to source. This model utilizes what your printer already has, including its light diffuser cover.
• The slim design enables two ways to install - under or above the side frame. 
• The original housing can be reinstalled in its original position to hold the internal cables as it did.

Printing 

My 3MF profile has settings for PETG and ABS as separate build plates.

1. Remove the stock light bar behind the front door. Check Anycubic's wiki link here. 
2. The existing lightbar wire needs to be rerouted to go down along the side panel. I then used some electrical tape to keep it from moving so it does not hinder the moving part.   
3. You need the LED and diffuser cover from the stock lightbar. Unscrew the LED, then gently wiggle the diffuser piece out from the housing. Set them aside. 
4. You may reinstall the stock plastic housing so that the passing wires are securely held by its clips.  
5. Remove support material from the printed main body and clean up. 
6. Use the stock screws to install the LED at the back of the printed part as shown in photos. Make sure to position it in the right direction.   
7. Then gently insert the stock diffuser at the front. 
8. Now inside the printer, connect the rerouted power cable to the assembled lightbar.
9. Push the lightbar into the printer's frame, then place the top cover.  

Installation Option 2

If you want to place the lightbar even closer to the print bed, it is slim enough to install it under the side frame. To do so, you need to attach the LED to the printed housing in the opposite way. The top cover is not required because it now goes between the frame and the chamber fan blower.
